Meet Our Executive Chef
Chef Jonathan Saiff comes to us from a diverse culinary background varying from the large cruise ships of Royal Caribbean to the intimate setting of the Oak Room at the Plaza Hotel in NYC. Born and raised in Upstate New York and a graduate of Paul Smiths College of Arts and Science in Paul Smiths New York. Chef Jonathan uses food as the vessel for his passion in the hospitality industry. Sourcing the best seasonal products available and using simplicity in presentation he feels is the best way to showcase the true nature of food and flavor while honoring all the hard working men and women that provided those ingredients. “Open your mind and explore your palate” is his motto when it comes to the beautiful world for food and wine.

Also available in select locations at the Hynes, our Outtakes quick cuisine stands offer packaged sandwiches, pastries, freshly brewed New England Coffee, snacks, and even sundry items and souvenirs. With the flexibility to place Outtakes in locations that make sense for your event, your attendees can snack well without missing one minute of your sessions!
