When you attend an event at the BCEC or the Hynes Convention Center, you’re in two of the best convention facilities in the world. Both have achieved Gold Standard Certification from the International Association of Convention Centers and are committed to providing you with the best customer service in the convention industry.
Guest Services Associates
Most of our Guest Services Associates (GSAs) have lived in the Boston area for years and can provide an insider’s scoop on the best restaurants, attractions, and entertainment in the city. Our GSAs are also experts on the building and can easily aid you in finding meeting rooms, exhibition halls, food services, the Business Center, ATMs, and more. They love interacting with our guests, so if you have a question, don’t be shy! They are there to help!
Transportation
Upon arrival at the BCEC or Hynes you won’t miss our enthusiastic Transportation Agents. They are stationed outside the facility wearing bright yellow shirts! Not only can they assist you with parking or locating your shuttle bus, but they can hail you a cab, let you know of any delays, or recommend the best route to your next location.
Parking at the BCEC
To self-park ($25 and $50 for oversized vehicles), from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive, drive past the valet area, and continue straight along the side of the building. At the end of the building, make a right and go down the ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left and you will see the entrance to the South Parking lot in front of you. Accessible parking spaces are also located in this lot, closest to the building (the same parking rates apply).

Boston has a well-deserved rep as a historic city – but that doesn’t mean we don’t embrace innovation, especially as it relates to food. From stellar seafood served along waterfront rooftops to grilled masterpieces at downtown steakhouses to a burger from the corner pub, you will experience great food.
