Meet Our Senior Executive Chef
Since joining Levy as the BCEC’s Executive Chef in 2017, Chef Kaeo Yuen has utilized more than 20 years of experience in kitchens from Hawaii to Cambridge to create a dynamic, flexible, and unique dining experience. From planning your event to when the last dish is cleared, Chef Yuen and his staff bring culinary visions to life no matter the event.
What is your role in planning as well as preparing food for the events at the BCEC?
My role begins with the creation of the menu that is customized for each show and meeting planner request or requirement. From there we have meetings to discuss the vision and direction the food will be going in, then it gets handed off to the chefs to coordinate in their respective areas.
It is a team approach from beginning to end, with lots of conversation about everything from production, flavor, execution, serving vessel, and theory behind the dish. My role ends when the guests are fed and the dishes are returned.

Wicked Good Market
The Wicked Good Market offers heartier fare for every appetite. Different stations offer a variety of cuisine, from healthy salads to customizable Asian bowls and build-your-own burritos. You can even enjoy a taste of Boston’s North End with brick oven pizza or a heaping bowl of pasta.
Samuel Adams Pub
The Sam Adams Pub, named both for our notable American forefather as well as the deliciously refreshing and famous local brew, is located within the Wicked Good Market. The pub is the perfect place to grab a drink and dine on traditional Boston fare such as fresh New England lobster rolls, beer-battered fish and chips, and local draft beer.
Outtakes
Outtakes Quick Cuisine offers packaged sandwiches, pastries, freshly brewed New England Coffee, snacks, and even sundry items and souvenirs. With convenient locations in the North Lobby and throughout the building, attendees won’t miss one minute of your event!
Lobby Lounge
The BCEC’s new Lobby Lounge is the place to see and be seen at your next meeting. Located on the west side of the North Lobby, stop by and try one of several local craft beer offerings or let us mix you a hand crafted cocktail while you wait for your colleagues, catch up on e-mail, and network with the captains of your industry. Specialty offerings are added each day. We can’t wait to serve you soon!
