The 82 state-of-the-art meeting rooms at the BCEC, totaling 160,000 square feet of meeting space, enable you to accommodate a variety of meeting sizes and setups. Meeting rooms are evenly distributed throughout the building and located five minutes or less from each other, simplifying logistics and attendee navigation.

  • Direct access to multiple drop-off entrances and food court
  • Pedestrian skybridges connect meeting room areas on both sides of the building and provide a bird’s-eye view of the exhibit floor and exhibit-level signage
