Guides to Dining Near the BCEC & the Hynes

In 2016, Boston ranked fourth on the list of “The 26 Hottest Food Cities of 2016” by Zagat. Boston’s homegrown talent, nationally recognized chefs, and plethora of James Beard award winners and semifinalists make it a top tier culinary city.

Although our convention centers (and The Lawn On D) offer plenty of diverse dining options themselves, event attendees often like to explore the local area and sample some of the acclaimed Boston restaurants. From fast casual to fine dining, and everything in between Boston has options for every discerning palate.

In addition to the variety of options for attendees, planners and exhibitors also have a range of diverse selections for hosting private dinners and receptions.

The Hynes connects to two shopping malls providing a large variety of dining options, all without having venture outdoors. Moreover, due to its location in the busy Back Bay neighborhood in downtown Boston, there are dozens of nearby options on Boylston and Newbury Streets.
